The biggest challenge in our wellbeing can come from our own thoughts. Negative rumination and thinking patterns are common, but sometimes we can come out of balance. They can impact how we see ourselves and the world, and impact our mental health. In this online programme, you will be able to work through at your own pace teachings from Rebecca to understand why we have negative thoughts. Once we understand why we have them, we can start to work at overcoming them! Through a mindfulness based approach, you'll learn how a regular mindfulness practice can support you to not only become aware of your thoughts and how they impact you, but also how we can begin to challenge those negative thoughts. Helping us to not be so controlled by negative thinking, helping us to be more in control of our mind. When we are not ruled by negative thinking, we open so many more doors for ourselves. We start to become more positive, more optimistic, more resilient and our relationships improve. In this programme, you will learn through video recordings and readings. There are also practical things to do along the way too with journaling prompts and worksheets to support you. I've designed everything to be bitesize so it doesn't feel too overwhelming. We can feel the benefit of a mindfulness approach when we actually practice mindfulness so included in this course is a series of guided meditations for you as well.
