With a focus on counselling, self-care, mindfulness, therapeutic approaches and a connection to nature, all the offerings are designed to support you to look after yourself.
It’s very easy to neglect ourselves and put others needs way above our own. But looking after ourselves, allowing time to slow down and recharge and embracing the therapeutic benefits of our natural world are essential to keep us doing what we want to do. So how do I do this?
Through counselling, 1:1 offerings, group sessions and online teaching, I support you to come into a balance.
I offer support to workplaces and am passionate about the priority of employee wellbeing.
